You decide what your team touches.

Your files, your money and your messages, under your control.

Every action has its level.

For each thing your customers can ask for, you choose what your team does.

Each action comes with a factory-set level, and you change it.

  1. Automatic
    Does it on its own

When a customer asks for it, your team does it without waiting for anything from you.

  2. With approval
    Asks for your OK

Your team gets it ready and waits: it isn't done until you approve it.

  3. Internal only
    Stays for you only

Your customers can't request it. You use it when you work with your team.

With this setup: 2 actions run on their own, 3 ask for your OK and 0 stay for you only.

On “Send an email”, “Send a payment link” and “Cancel an appointment”, “Automatic” is locked.Try tapping a padlock.

Anything sensitive always waits for your OK.

If a customer asks for something that moves money, deletes, or sends outward, your team doesn't do it on its own.

The dashboard won't let you set “Automatic” on them, and the system also corrects it on its own.

Even if you choose “Automatic”, those actions switch to “With approval”.

The rule is Nooble's: it can't be turned off.

Hi Martín, we'll see you tomorrow at 10:30.

Nothing goes out until you approve.

How your team asks for your OK.

Anything sensitive doesn't go out until you approve it.

  1. 01
    Your customer asks for it

Your team gets the action ready and waits. It doesn't do it.

  2. 02
    You get the notice

It shows up in Approvals, with the draft of what would go out.

  3. 03
    You decide

If you approve, only then is it done. If you reject, nothing is done.

If you don't reply in time, the request expires and nothing is done.

You approve in your dashboard, under “Approvals”. And if you connected Telegram, from there too, with buttons.

With your customers, your team only sees what you gave it.

On your public page and in your channels, each Operator works on the resource you set for it: that spreadsheet, that document, that folder, that calendar.

If a customer asks for another one, the one you set is used.

Choose what you set

It can look up a fact in that spreadsheet and see its tabs. It doesn't see the whole spreadsheet.

The stamp says what happened.

The stamp has four possible outcomes, and each one is called by its name.

The verdict comes from what the app replied, not from what the AI says.

10:42Google CalendarScheduling

Event scheduled

Thursday 16, 17:30.

Done

The app confirmed it happened.

10:44Google CalendarScheduling

That event was already scheduled

It wasn't duplicated.

No effect

The app confirmed nothing was done, and we know why.

11:15GmailReminders

Couldn't be completed

Reminder for Martín.

Failed

It failed and you can see it: it's marked, with its error code.

12:30Google CalendarScheduling

Couldn't confirm the outcome

Move Lucía's appointment.

Uncertain

It's not known whether it got done: the app didn't reply in time or the Operator didn't get to answer.

Payment link generated
Paid

A payment link is stamped “generated”, not “paid”.

Nooble doesn't get notified that your customer paid, so it doesn't assume it. The payment is credited in Mercado Pago.

Just one charge.

If your customer asks for the same charge several times in the same conversation, you get a single request to approve.

And when you approve it, the link is generated just once: even if you tap “Approve” twice, two links aren't generated.

  • Mercado Pago
  • PayPal
  • Stripe

It applies to the same item and the same amount, in one conversation, while the first request is waiting for your OK. A different amount or a different item is a different charge.

They're stored encrypted and never shown again.

When you enter your AI provider's key, it's stored in an encrypted vault. The screen never shows it to you again.

Your site's chat

It only works on the domains you add.

You add your site's domains and the server rejects requests that come from any other. The chat's styles don't mix with those of your page.

If you add none, there's no domain restriction.
